Waitress Base pay $7.25 per hour + Tips
El Weinecero is seeking a full time positive hardworking and reliable individual to join our team (Age 21 & up)
Applicants must possess experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Serving: 1 year (Required)
- Paid 24/7 gym membership (after 3 months upon hired)

- Support the restaurant operations.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
- Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service.
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas.
- Restock work station
- Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, and sweeping floors.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.
- Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Assist guests with online ordering.
- The ability to interact with guests in a charismatic, sincere and enthusiastic manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of serving restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
- Must have food handlers card or complete online food handlers course by time of hire
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
- Must be able to safely use a ladder.
